Funeral mass to be held at St Mary's RC Church, Woolton on Tuesday 17th June at 12 noon followed by his burial in the church graveyard.
Jerry had a great joy for life will be greatly missed by his family, friends and everyone who knew him.
Family flowers only please, if desired donations will be collected for Hoylake Cottage where Jerry lived towards the end of his life.
